INSTRUCTIONS/INFO FOR ACCEPTED ARTISTS IN 2025 GWR EXHIBIT

Congratulations on your acceptance to the 2025 Global Warming is REAL Exhibition!

We will be emailing you a copy of your statement for the accepted work, and the details we have on file for you in the afternoon on August 17. The email will be coming from eainm.info@gmail.com and will be sent to the email address provided in your entry profile. Once you receive the email, please carefully go over what we’ve sent to verify that all of the information we have on file for you (your name: spelling and as you wish it to appear in the exhibition labels/info, and city/state you live in), your piece (title, media, dimensions, price), and your artist statement are correct and final. If all of the information is correct, and you have no changes, email eainm.info@gmail.com to confirm that you have no changes. If you do have ANY changes, you must return the edits/corrections no later than  AUGUST 25. If we do not receive your edits by the deadline, we will use the information as you have submitted it on the entry. Due to the short timeline, we are unable to accept any edits after Aug 25.
